Drive impactful renewable energy initiatives at Durham Community Health Centre in Oshawa. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of solar PV projects from feasibility to implementation.

In this fixed-term role, you will lead the feasibility study development and create a compelling business case for solar installations. Responsibilities include vendor management, risk assessment, procurement, project financing, and ensuring timely project execution while meeting sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for solar projects
• Develop financial models and project charters
• Oversee the construction and commissioning phases




• Maintain stakeholder engagement and communication plans
• Report on project status to executive leadership

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or similar
• At least 7 years in project management
• Preferred certifications: PMP, LEED, or equivalent
• Proven track record in capital construction projects
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
