Senior Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a family‑run furniture manufacturer with multiple divisions, is looking for a creative, proactive Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing initiatives across all our brands in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

What You’ll Do

As Senior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of marketing initiatives for all brands and support the sales team with materials and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies across multiple brands
- Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns (digital, print, events, PR)
- Collaborate with product development to define marketing materials and programs




- Manage social media presence and lead generation campaigns, tracking effectiveness
- Maintain internal and external communications to ensure alignment with marketing goals

Design & Content Creation

- Create marketing materials, presentations, and collateral (Canva experience preferred)
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns
- Content creation for social media, website, and promotional campaigns
- Provide the sales team with tools, materials, and presentations to help achieve targets
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support campaigns and product launches

Who You Are

- 5+ years in marketing with hands‑on campaign experience
- Basic understanding of AI tools and applications with ideas on how to integrate them into daily tasks
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to handle multiple projects independently
- Strong organizational skills and detail‑oriented
- Excellent communicator in English (French is a plus)
- Creative mindset with experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
