What You’ll Need
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, bending, and working on uneven surfaces
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to obtain site‑specific security clearance if required
What Will Make You Stand Out
- TDG, WHMIS, Marine Emergency Duties (MED), or First Aid certifications
- Previous experience supporting dredging or heavy civil projects
- Experience working on or around barges, floats, or cranes
