We're looking for a skilled, reliable Baker to join our bakery team in Gibsons. You'll handle full-day production - from mixing to baking - while helping us deliver high-quality baked goods customers love.

What You'll Do
Produce consistent, high-quality breads and pastries
Run daily production (mixing, scaling, shaping, baking) and meet timelines
Maintain quality standards and troubleshoot product issues
Assist with ingredient ordering and inventory
Keep the bakery clean, secure, and well organized
Support and mentor junior staff
Help develop and test new products

What We're Looking For
3 years' equivalent experience (additional premium for Red Seal baker certification!)
Robust production baking skills and attention to detail




Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet
Team-oriented, dependable, and positive attitude
