This position reports to Machine Shop Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs using G-code as well as CAM software programming.
Interpret drawings and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
Optimize programs, tooling, and processes for efficiency and quality.
Perform machine setups, including tooling, offsets, and fixturing.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support new and existing projects.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Red Seal Machinist (Journeyman) certification (or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
Proficiency in G-code as well as Cam software programming.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Robust attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
