In this critical position, you will work under the Manager of Student Mental Health Services to provide counseling and support, particularly for students facing mental health challenges or sexual violence. Your work will also include creating awareness initiatives that empower the student community and promote effective coping strategies and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and support students with mental health issues
• Organize multiple wellness initiatives for student populations
• Collaborate with campus and community agencies for intervention




• Develop training for faculty and staff on mental health support
• Monitor and document case progress and interventions

Requirements:
• Master's degree in relevant field (psychology/social work)
• At least three years in mental health services
• Experience with trauma-focused therapy
• Familiarity with mental health legislation and policies
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills
