Prepare and analyze profitability reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support financial decision-making.
Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track key financial metrics and business performance.
Analyze billing processes and data accuracy to improve efficiency and identify discrepancies.
Monitor weekly operational hours and track unbillable items.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational finance initiatives.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Requirements & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in operational finance or financial analysis.
Strong experience with financial reporting, profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools, financial systems, and AI tools is an asset.
Experience building dashboards and analyzing large datasets.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
