Join PDAC as the Manager of Mineral Policy and Regulatory Affairs in a hybrid setting, emphasizing leadership and strategic policy development for the minerals sector. Drive meaningful change through effective coordination.

In this newly created position, you will report to the Director of Policy and Programs and play a vital role in operational oversight and staff support. The Manager will lead initiatives enhancing the effectiveness of regulatory frameworks and promote collaboration among stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring clarity in communication and alignment across policy efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily team operations and project tracking
• Manage team support and performance development




• Lead program and policy developments for initiatives
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and coordination
• Conduct research and prepare relevant materials

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science or related field
• 5-10 years’ experience in advocacy and policy
• Solid management and communication skills
• Knowledge of land use and conservation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis
