In your role as Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for training nurses and facilitating back care training among other specialties. You will need a solid understanding of best practices in healthcare to operationalize educational programs that maintain high-quality standards of care. Collaborate with the Care and Services Manager to implement a district-wide educational framework.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute clinical orientation for new nurses
• Organize and deliver mandated training sessions




• Perform needs analysis to inform educational content
• Implement district educational initiatives effectively
• Promote ParaMed’s policies through your training

Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• 3-5 years of adult education experience
• 2-3 years practicing nursing in community settings
• Competence in legislative healthcare requirements
• Valid driver’s license and travel capability
