Key Responsibilities:
• Operate heavy machinery including Excavators and Dozers
• Conduct excavation, grading, and loading operations
• Prepare dumps and manage workflow efficiently
• Carry out daily Field Level Hazard Assessments
• Work with the team to reach production targets

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of heavy equipment operation experience
• Previous road building or mining experience preferred
• Ability to work day and night shifts
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ground Disturbance Level 2 certification is essential
