In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed course outlines and providing engaging instruction to support youth in their career development. You'll monitor their progress, conduct evaluations, and ensure they possess the necessary skills to succeed in the labor market. Collaborating closely with the Job Developer enhances client employability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and revise curriculum and lesson plans
• Provide engaging and supportive classroom instruction
• Conduct evaluations and follow-up for youth clients
• Document student progress for reporting requirements
• Assist in students' preparation for interviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of related teaching experience
• Knowledge of Saskatchewan’s labor market
• Understanding of career counseling methods
• Familiarity with adult education principles
• Robust organizational and interpersonal skills
