In this role, you will oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to adoption. Key tasks include gathering business requirements, configuring our SaaS products, and working closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct onboarding kickoff meetings and gather client requirements
• Configure systems and customize applications to fit client specifications
• Develop training materials and conduct client training sessions
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to enhance transitions
• Proactively resolve issues and support clients throughout onboarding
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar field
• 3+ years in SaaS implementation or related role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• High technical aptitude, especially with Excel
• Experience with CRM or ERP software preferred
