Key Responsibilities:
• Assess educational needs and establish priorities collaboratively
• Create and adjust educational programs based on evidence
• Provide presentations, coaching, and mentoring




• Track attendance and evaluate educational program effectiveness
• Facilitate student placements and mentoring programs

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
• Minimum of three years of recent clinical experience
• One year in education or leadership roles
• Ability to drive and utilize your vehicle for work
• Proficient in developing and communicating educational content
