In the Line Leader role at Co-Ex-Tec, you will take charge of a team within the Production Department, responsible for the execution of manufacturing tasks and adherence to quality control measures. Your leadership will ensure that all employees are well-informed and supported in their roles. By conducting regular performance reviews and coaching team members, you will contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead shift meetings to align on production goals

Requirements:
• Secondary School Diploma preferred
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing role
