Join HUB International as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Chilliwack or Victoria, BC. Play a key role in shaping the future of our recruitment while enhancing our employer brand.

We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist in all facets of our recruitment strategy. Reporting to the VP of HR, you will use a variety of sourcing methods to fill positions with high-caliber candidates. Your success in this position will hinge on your ability to thrive in a quick-paced, evolving workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from posting to onboarding
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews with candidates
• Build a talent pipeline to expedite hiring needs




• Create engaging job postings to attract top talent
• Prepare recruitment metrics and reports for data-driven decisions

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience in high-volume settings
• Experience with ATS, Workday preferred
• Understanding of HR best practices and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to travel across lower mainland offices
