Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage patient appointments effectively
• Provide assistance and answer patient queries
• Support patient flow through all stages of care




• Manage retrieval of health records and clinic lists
• Order supplies and assist with equipment setup

Requirements:
• Completed Grade XII or equivalent education
• Minimum one year of relevant healthcare experience
• Strong preference for those familiar with UHN systems
• Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office
• High-level communication and organizational skills required
