Key Responsibilities:
• Lead clinical pharmacy programs and initiatives

Requirements:
• Entry-level Doctor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy
• Registration in good standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
