Join Exhibition Place in Toronto as a Scheduler and enhance operational efficiency across Facility Services. This term contract spans 18 to 24 months, emphasizing unionized staff scheduling.

Your primary responsibility as a Scheduler is to create and maintain a comprehensive schedule for housekeeping and labor staff. Collaborating closely with the Facility Services Manager, you will handle the reporting of attendance, manage discrepancies in timecards, and ensure compliance with collective agreements. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a critical role in supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create daily schedules for Facility Services staff
• Audit weekly timecards and resolve discrepancies
• Submit event and maintenance schedules timely




• Cooperate with Tenants to meet housekeeping needs
• Assist in managing staffing levels and operational efficiencies

Requirements:
• Certification or degree in scheduling or planning
• Strong understanding of collective agreements
• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays
• Experience handling clerical duties in a quick-paced setting
