This full time, temporary role requires a dedicated professional with experience in crisis support. Your responsibilities include assessing housing needs, connecting individuals with community resources, and managing emergency housing admissions. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries from individuals in crisis
• Assess client needs using established assessment tools
• Refer clients to internal and external support services
• Facilitate access to emergency housing when necessary
• Record service delivery in HIFIS for accountability
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Social Services or similar field
• Minimum of two years’ relevant work experience
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence required
• Strong interpersonal and crisis management skills
• Familiarity with database management tools
