Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee performance improvement programs across O&M; activities
• Optimize industrial processes such as workload balancing
• Conduct assessments and performance reviews in office
• Analyze data to identify and address performance issues




• Facilitate the implementation of digital tools for operational enhancement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in performance improvement roles
• In-depth knowledge of process optimization and reliability engineering
• Familiarity with methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
• Experience with digital operational tools such as CMMS or OdyC
