The Role

As a Senior Sales Advisor, you'll be a key leader on the shop floor, driving sales performance, supporting the management team and delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.

You’ll inspire your colleagues, mentor recent starters and help create a high-performing culture where everyone succeeds.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver outstanding customer service and sales experiences.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Sell Vodafone products including mobile, broadband, accessories and connected technology.
- Coach and support colleagues to improve confidence and performance.
- Lead by example in customer service, compliance and operational excellence.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Support store operations including opening and closing procedures when required.
- Ensure all Vodafone policies, compliance and security procedures are followed.
- Help create a positive, energetic and inclusive team culture.
