Active Canadian Secret Security Clearance Required About the Role We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a high-performing team supporting a major government/enterprise environment in East Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across the platform. This is an on-site position, requiring a technically solid developer who is comfortable working in a secure environment and collaborating closely with architects, business analysts, administrators, and government stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Configure and maintain ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer. Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, approvals, notifications, and automated processes. Configure and maintain ACLs, roles, groups, and user access controls. Support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other platform modules as required. Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and web services. Troubleshoot application, integration, workflow, scripting, and platform issues. Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements,



releases, testing, and deployments. Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and platform governance. Perform unit testing, system testing, regression testing, and defect resolution. Work with technical architects and senior developers to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Create technical documentation, solution designs, configuration documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials. Support production incidents and provide technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Work with stakeholders to continuously improve ServiceNow processes and platform capabilities.
