Location: Remote (United States / Canada / United Kingdom)

Engagement Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $110 –$150/hour

Commitment: 6–15 hours per week

About the Opportunity

This chance is for experienced Legal Experts interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects. The role involves evaluating AI-generated legal content, applying real-world legal reasoning, and helping improve how next-generation AI systems analyze employment disputes, workplace investigations, and labor law matters.

Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated legal responses for correctness, legal accuracy, and client readiness.
Compare multiple AI-generated responses and identify the strongest legal analysis.
Conduct legal research and verify legal reasoning using applicable statutes, regulations, and case law.
Provide detailed written feedback to improve AI model performance.




Participate in onboarding and calibration sessions to ensure evaluation consistency.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of skilled experience in Employment Law and/or Labor Law at a law firm, in-house legal department, government agency, or labor union.
J.D. (U.S.) or LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the United States (active or inactive).
Robust experience in legal research, legal writing, case law analysis, and drafting legal memoranda.
Excellent written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation
Competitive compensation of $100–$150/hour.
Weekly payments.
Independent contractor engagement.
