In your role as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading restoration projects from start to finish. This involves assessing job sites, preparing detailed estimates, and keeping clients and stakeholders updated. Your focus on building solid relationships will greatly enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee restoration projects from beginning to end
• Communicate consistently with clients and insurers
• Monitor compliance with budget and insurance standards
• Prepare documents and floor plans using Xactimate
• Conduct hazard assessments for job site safety

Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xactimate
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• 3+ years of project management experience is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license
