This role, based in Winnipeg, involves assessing needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with caregivers to promote effective skill-building. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess individual needs to create effective treatment plans
• Implement and monitor tailored intervention programs
• Provide caregiver training and resources
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of interventions

Requirements:
• BA or BSc in Psychology with ABA focus
• 2+ years' experience with developmental disabilities
• Manitoba driver's license needed for travel
• Flexibility for travel to various communities
