To enhance their Jordan’s Principle initiative, St.Amant seeks a qualified Behaviour Analyst dedicated to ensuring children receive vital health and social services. This role, based in Winnipeg, involves assessing needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with caregivers to promote effective skill-building. Candidates must embrace continuous learning to benefit individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess individual needs to create effective treatment plans
• Implement and monitor tailored intervention programs




• Provide caregiver training and resources
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team

Requirements:
• BA or BSc in Psychology with ABA focus
• 2+ years' experience with developmental disabilities
• Manitoba driver's license needed for travel
• Flexibility for travel to various communities
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office software
