As a Director, you will harness your strong analytical skills to prepare and communicate research insights, assist in trading strategies, and manage equity portfolios. You’ll actively trade North American equities and apply your knowledge of asset allocation while collaborating within a agile team environment. Your organizational skills will be critical for meeting tight deadlines and delivering impactful reports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present equity research and analysis
• Engage in macro and thematic research production




• Actively trade North American stocks (CAD and USD)
• Evaluate new sector and equity strategies
• Assist in investor relations and presentations

Requirements:
• 2-4 years in equity portfolio management or research
• Bachelor's degree with Finance or Economics focus
• Familiarity with coding languages preferred
• CFA designation is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bloomberg
