You are responsible for invoicing, payment processing, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting individual and departmental targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate collection calls prior to payment deadlines
• Manage licensee accounts with detailed documentation
• Complete accounts receivable data entry accurately

Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
