Serve as a social worker or occupational therapist with Providence Care’s Assertive Community Treatment Team. This temporary full-time position helps individuals with severe mental illness through tailored support and recovery planning.

As part of the Community Integration Program, the successful candidate will apply evidence-based knowledge to assist clients in overcoming personal challenges. Duties involve collaboration with an interprofessional team and direct client support, ensuring they access necessary resources for their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build effective therapeutic relationships with clients
• Provide service coordination focused on individual recovery
• Collaborate on medication management within recovery plans




• Assist in planning socially enriching activities
• Deliver direct services targeting symptom management

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in either Social Work or Occupational Therapy
• Unrestricted Ontario College registration required
• One year relevant experience preferred
• Strong aptitude for utilizing community resources
• Experience working with reliable mental illnesses
