This role requires robust leadership in guiding crews while developing schedules and ensuring all project requirements and safety protocols are met. You will liaise effectively with project managers and various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and ensure quality of mechanical work performed
• Collaborate with mechanical project teams for schedule development
• Manage interactions with Owners, Architects, and Suppliers




• Review Job Safety Analyses for compliance
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including three-week plans

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10-15 years in construction, 5 in supervision
• College Diploma or Red Seal designation
• Strong knowledge of safety legislation and estimating
