Seabird Island is on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual for this term-assistant role focusing on crop production and field maintenance during the peak growing season. You will work collaboratively under established guidelines, assisting with essential farm operations at Tém:éxw li te Letam Farm. This role provides opportunities to connect with the community while learning about sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in seeding, transplanting, and crop maintenance
• Harvest and prepare produce for sale and storage
• Operate irrigation and basic farm tools safely




• Assist in the upkeep of farm structures and irrigation systems
• Engage in community relations and support client interactions

Requirements:
