With this role, you will leverage your 2-4 years of post-call experience in privacy law. Your responsibilities include monitoring evolving privacy legislation and guiding policy creation to ensure compliance while mitigating risk. Collaborate with various internal teams to align privacy requirements with business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer legal advice on privacy and data matters
• Keep abreast of changes in privacy laws
• Assist in developing current compliance policies
• Manage audits and data subject requests
• Work with stakeholders on privacy-related issues
Requirements:
• Active member of the LSO
• 2-4 years of privacy-related legal experience
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA
• Experience with data processing agreements
• Strong independent and teamwork capabilities
