In this in-person position, you will handle all aspects of the parts lifecycle while working closely with our engineering and operations teams. Your focus on customer relationships will play a critical role in driving repeat business and overall growth in aftermarket services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address aftermarket inquiries from existing and prospective customers
• Manage the parts order process, from sourcing to delivery
• Ensure accurate maintenance of parts catalog details
• Support internal teams with technical parts requirements
• Initiate outreach to boost aftermarket revenue

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years experience in parts management
• Knowledge of power transmission products is advantageous
• Solid skills in interpreting technical diagrams
• Familiarity with ERP software and order systems
• Solid organizational and communication skills
