Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety initiatives through Bird Safety Program
• Plan, schedule, and control construction phases
• Supervise team members with training and evaluations
• Administer contracts and evaluate subcontractor performance
• Prepare financial performance reports for Senior Management

Requirements:
• Education in a construction-related field
• Experience in managing industrial projects
• Engineering knowledge preferred
• Proven leadership and results-oriented approach
• Excellent MS Office skills; Viewpoint experience beneficial
