In this full-time role, you will leverage your substantial experience in human resources, focusing on compliance, recruitment, and strategic goal implementation. With at least five years of senior management experience, two years in labor relations, and expertise in conflict resolution, you will guide a dedicated team. Your capacity to manage grievances and labor negotiations will enhance district operations and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate recruitment of qualified staff and support roles
• Handle grievances and mediation efforts
• Assist in collective bargaining and contract administration
• Maintain human resource data integrity
• Collaborate with School Board for district planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Minimum five years in a leadership role within HR
• Strong abilities in negotiation and communication
• Knowledge of compliance and labor laws
• Proven organizational skills and discretion
