You will directly oversee a team of up to 70, focusing on development, performance management, and logistical coordination. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety and operational performance at the facility
• Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of personnel

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, preferred
• 8+ years in site leadership, logistics, or rail handling
