We're hiring an experienced Ballet Instructor for our Toronto Beaches location for the 2026-27 school year. Ideal candidates will be proficient in teaching students en pointe and creating choreography.
Our studio is looking for veteran ballet teachers who possess at least three years of experience instructing students aged 8 to 18, especially in competitive settings. While RAD certification is appreciated, it's not a requirement. Candidates should be team-oriented and ready to contribute positively to our studio culture. Your expertise in competition choreography will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct ballet lessons for ages 8-18, including en pointe
• Choreograph for competition teams effectively
• Collaborate closely with fellow instructors
• Ensure a positive, safe, and professional studio environment
• Keep records of attendance and student progress
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years teaching ballet
• Experience in competition choreography
• RAD certification optional
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
• Provide references and a detailed resume
