Join Fueling Brains as a Lead Teacher for our Infant Program, enriching the lives of children aged 6 weeks to 18 months. Your role will be rooted in responsive caregiving and developmental programming.

As a Lead Infant Teacher, you'll design and implement individualized routines that promote exploration and independence. You will cultivate a secure, nurturing environment while monitoring children's growth and development. Building strong relationships with families and mentoring Assistant Teachers are key aspects of this collaborative position, ensuring a consistent quality in care and education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create nurturing environments that promote healthy attachment
• Plan individualized routines for daily child care




• Assess and document children's developmental progress
• Engage families through consistent communication and updates
• Mentor team members to uphold best educational practices

Requirements:
• ECE Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
• Valid ECE Certification as required
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to design play-based curricula
• Strong leadership and communication skills
