Key Responsibilities:
• Increase advisor engagement with life insurance offerings
• Conduct individual and group training sessions

Requirements:
• Three years of insurance experience required
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven teaching and coaching skills
• Higher English proficiency needed for advisor interaction
