Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and fix cardio and strength equipment problems
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs
• Train and mentor R&M; Technicians effectively




• Handle repair tickets with maintenance management software
• Ensure rapid response to urgent equipment issues

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years repairing fitness machinery
• Robust troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electronic issues
• Proven experience in team management
• BC driving license required for travel
• Familiarity with health & safety regulations
