As a Payroll Administrator, you will utilize your five years of experience to handle intricate payroll tasks from collection to verification. You will oversee employee payment adjustments, verify time and attendance data, and ensure compliance with payroll policies. This role helps enhance financial accessibility for over 110,000 members in our community across Vancouver Island.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and balance payroll data accurately
• Confirm attendance, deductions, and wage details
• Record employee information including changes and updates
• Report on payroll processes while maintaining accuracy
• Execute year-end payroll functions with precision
Requirements:
• Completion of high school diploma needed
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification preferred
• At least five years’ experience in similar payroll roles
• Proficiency in Ultipro Software required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
