Lead procurement transformation at Nutrien as the Procurement Business Readiness Lead. Ensure the successful integration of governance processes and high-quality training for effective organizational compliance.

This role is instrumental in bridging the gap between center-led Procurement and cross-functional teams. You will report to the Senior Manager, facilitating business readiness and developing strategic learning approaches to enhance procurement practices. Engage partners to support Nutrien’s mission of sustainability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee business readiness for process and system changes
• Conduct assessments and craft engagement plans
• Lead deployment preparations and post-implementation phases




• Create and implement training programs and materials
• Streamline expectations and compliance communication

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field
• 8+ years in Procurement or Supply Chain
• 5 years in Learning & Development or Governance
• Familiarity with SOX controls and audit processes
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
