Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the calendar for the Spokesperson and manage meeting logistics
• Prepare and organize governance documents and communications
• Conduct analyses and report findings to inform decision-making
• Ensure operational IT security for meetings
• Handle travel arrangements and expense reconciliations
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• At least three years in office administration or a similar role
• Strong understanding of Indigenous governance and Tlingit values
• Proficient in digital tools and communication platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
