Ledcor is looking for experienced operators for equipment including Excavators and Dozers in road building projects. Your prior experience will play a critical role in our operational success while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards. Team collaboration will be key to meeting production goals and maintaining high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Primarily operate Excavators (20 – 80 ton) and Dozers (D6 – D10)
• Execute excavation and earthmoving activities effectively
• Organize materials and set up dumps for cycle optimization




• Perform daily inspections and safety assessments
• Work closely with team members to achieve targets

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with relevant equipment
• Road building or mining experience preferred
• GPS system knowledge is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and Ground Disturbance certification
• Willingness to work day and night shifts
