The ideal candidate will have over four years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, focusing on application design and maintenance. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is crucial. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and enhancements
• Configure workflows and client scripts to meet requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to gather input
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Conduct troubleshooting for system issues and maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting
