This full-time role demands expertise in environmental compliance and the ability to supervise teams effectively. You will develop management plans, evaluate compliance performance, and respond to non-compliances. Successful candidates are expected to have a track record of strategic environmental compliance and project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sponsor safety and environmental compliance initiatives
• Supervise Workplace Leads and enhance team collaboration
• Conduct timely compliance reporting to regulators




• Evaluate monitoring effectiveness and report performance
• Lead environmental data initiatives for accurate tracking

Requirements:
• Degree in Environmental Sciences or related field
• Professional accreditation required in BC
• At least ten years of relevant environmental compliance experience
• Proven problem-solving and leadership skills
• Familiarity with environmental legislation and standards
