We are searching for an experienced Extrusion Process Engineer/Specialist skilled in precision polymer extrusion for medical devices. This role emphasizes the development, optimization, and validation of complex extrusion processes including multi-lumen and co-extrusion. A team-oriented approach with Production, R&D;, and Engineering teams is vital to drive successful product realization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize extrusion processes for medical tubing
• Operate and maintain polymer extrusion equipment and tooling
• Troubleshoot defects and minimize scrap and downtime




• Support training and provide technical assistance to production staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Polymer Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of precision extrusion experience in medical devices
• Expertise in multi-lumen, taper, co-extrusion, and balloon tubing
• Strong knowledge of polymer materials used in extrusion
• Proven experience in IQ/OQ/PQ process validations
