In this role, reporting to the E-comm Analytics Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing the end-to-end experimentation process across web and app platforms. You'll develop insightful hypotheses, establish test strategies, and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure smooth execution. Solid analytical skills will allow you to assess test outcomes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the experimentation strategy for web and app experiences
• Translate UX insights into actionable test briefs
• Coordinate testing efforts in SiteSpect and Optimizely
• Monitor tests and analyze results with precision
• Communicate test statuses and results with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Quantitative degree such as Statistics or Data Science
• 3-4 years hands-on A/B testing expertise
• Familiar with statistical analysis concepts and application
• Proficiency in Optimizely and writing Jira tickets
• Strong communicator for non-technical audiences
