As a Senior Environmental Assessment Specialist, you will oversee project assessments, ensuring high-quality environmental reporting and stakeholder engagement. Your leadership will be pivotal in promoting regulatory compliance and advancing innovative environmental practices across various jurisdictions. Collaborate with senior teams and engage with First Nations to incorporate vital community input into assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and development of environmental impact assessments
• Foster collaboration with multi-disciplinary technical teams




• Interface with First Nations and government representatives
• Conduct senior reviews of technical deliverables in expertise areas
• Develop business relationships to support Ensero’s strategic initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 7-9 years in environmental consulting experience
• Proven experience in regulatory environments
• Solid verbal and written communication prowess
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
