In the Senior Health, Safety & Environment Coordinator role at NexGen, you will spearhead the site HSE System's development and implementation for the Rook I Project. You'll lead health and safety programs while ensuring alignment with both regulatory obligations and corporate standards. The position emphasizes robust collaboration with various teams to maintain safety and environmental compliance across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance and maintain the Health & Safety Management System
• Support emergency response activities and drills
• Embed risk management processes in daily operations
• Manage site inspections and compliance audits
• Facilitate incident analysis and preventive actions
Requirements:
• 8-10+ years of HSE experience in industrial settings
• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety legislation and compliance
• Proven ability to coordinate site contractors and teams
• CRSP/CHSC designation is beneficial
