Join Clio and take charge of our global leave programs as a Senior Global Benefits & Leaves Specialist! This role allows you to create impactful leave solutions in a builder environment across key regions.

In this position, you'll report to the Senior Manager, Global Benefits, and be responsible for documenting and designing our global leave philosophy. You will collaborate across functions to tailor programs that align with local compliance while providing an exceptional experience for Clions around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a standardized leave philosophy for global implementation
• Design competitive leave entitlements for multiple countries
• Manage compliance for leave programs in diverse jurisdictions




• Provide training and toolkits for managers and employees
• Ensure accurate integration with HRIS and payroll systems

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in absence management or disability programs
• Comprehensive understanding of international leave laws
• Strong project management and communication abilities
• Experience with systems integration in HR
• Ability to navigate a high-growth, fluid setting
